Breeding Egg Moves for Fafninter

I'm trying to breed some egg moves for Fafninter - according to the Pokedex it says that it can learn Icicle Spear through breeding, but so far the only one I can find with that move is Dermafrost, who is in a different Egg Group (Field, instead of Dragon).

Can't seem to find a path to breed Icicle Spear onto Fafninter...does anyone know of a way?

I know that, at least for TMs, not all of the movesets have been programmed in yet. Considering that Fafninter is later in the pokedex, it's possible that his egg moves aren't implemented yet.
