Move Breeding

So I see on the wiki Fafninter can learn icicle crash and icicle spear through breeding and I saw that JV also has a Santa that knows icicle spear. How can I breed any of these two moves into fafninter? Because Fafninter is part of the dragon-egg group and no other dragon-egg group pokemon can learn these two moves by levelling up.

I'll be honest, I sort of pulled the egg-move lists together with very little attention to whether the Pokemon can actually learn the moves in question. But in Fafninter's case, I think I'll add it and the Pufluff line to the Monster egg group, so that you can cross-breed Icicle Crash from Anderind on to Fafurr.
