New Eevee Evolution

Ok, so I noticed the new nuclear Eevee evolution in the Wiki and am considering evolving my shiny into it since I won't really be training it no matter what I evolve it into... I'm kind of curious what Atomitize --it's ability-- does. I'm really not sure I want to evolve mines into this thing considering it's weak to, well, everything.

To Evolve Eevee Into Nucleon, You need to level up eevee to 20 while a Nuclear type pokemon is in your party.

I know how to evolve it. The question is what its ability does, since the Wiki doesn't have info on that (and any other site, as far as I can tell).

Oh Sorry. It's Ability Atomatize turns all Normal Type Moves into Nuclear moves. Making it an OP pokemon but extremely fragile.

Hmmm, pretty useful ability considering the moves Eevee can learn, but now to decide if it's worth it evolving my shiny into this...
