I catched a pokemon and was letting it in the Box a long time (gotta catch em all :3). I catched a new pokemon and wanted to see it. Then i just randomly looked at my Grozard and it had that Pkrs. I have no clue what that is so if somebody knows thanks for the answer.

Re: Pkrs? What is that?
Hi there, welcome to the forums!
As for PKRS (also called PokeRus), you should consider yourself very lucky! PokeRus is a rare condition that can be caught from wild Pokemon or traded Pokemon on the GTS. It is a beneficial parasite that makes Pokemon grow much faster when they are infected with it. Specifically, it doubles Effort Values gained from battle. It's harmless, so you don't have to worry!
If one Pokemon in your party has PokeRus, you can spread it to the other Pokemon in your party by going into battles. It becomes dormant after a couple of days but the benefits stay.
Here's Bulbapedia's article about PokeRus.
