I think you need make 1 or more water move for eletux , example buble or bublebeam
It is too far from lvl 5 till lvl 32 [Water(Dominant) Electric Type] but Only have 1 Water Move
And if your eletux evolve to be electruxo , you will get Scald on lvl 33
I think Scald isn't really good too, only a hot water attack
I hope you can make more Water Move , Thank You
