Route 08 Help

I read on the wiki that Route 8 becomes inaccessible after Nuclear Plant 2. but what about the breeding center? Are there other locations for Breeding then?

Also, I can't seem to find "Riley" on Route 8, to get s51?

Hopefully someone can help me.

Riley is after the wheat fields in a house going right instead of left toward the town. Yes there is a new location for the daycare afterwards on route 9.

Alright, thanks for the clarification, but Riley is sleepy? How do I get s51 from him then? Come back later after some gym or something?

It only works at night so you can change your computer's clock too make it nighttime.
