If you want all out attack I'd say: Flamethrower, Hyper Beam, Earthquake, Extremespeed (For last hits if you're being outsped!

Earth Power is actually better on Mega Archilles.

Actually, Earthquake only has 10 more base power than Earth Power. I think you're thinking of Bulldoze.

Earth Power always had a base power of 60, pretty sure

Ah it was in Pokemon Tower Defense 60 BP, it was a fan made game but nobody ever realized that.

Earth Power is stronger for SpA pokemon than Earthquake. Also Hyper Beam is a no-no for competitive play as it gives the opponent a setup turn which a single setup turn can lose you the battle.

Earth Power is a move tutor move for Archilles that is not in the game as far as I know. There are plans to add the move tutor in the future I believe.

If Hyper Beam OHKO's its good

hyper beam is a risk move for me nice dmg but if you dont kill your enemy it was not worth if he kill you

Except when it's his best pokemon and goes for a suicide attack
