All right, so I've been given the duty of assigning TMs and HMs to the wealth of Pokemon within Uranium. However, sometimes I'm not sure of stuff, so I'll use this place here as a thread to ask for suggestions or debate over a specific 'mon getting a specific move, if its worth debating. I'll format this better soon enough, I'm tired atm and such. Razz

Hey, thanks for making this thread!

Serrix has been a big help with the wiki, and I asked him to put together TM/HM lists because we didn't have them yet. Now, we've got up to Barand done (with some other strays like Seikamater and Fafninter). You're welcome to take a look to see what's been done so far, or give your own suggestions for moves that other Pokemon could learn! There's a lot of them and each one of them needs a list of TMs + tutor moves.

And for the record, here's a list of all the TMs in the game. It's roughly the same as the list in Gen 6 with some minor changes.

Also, it's important to keep in mind that some TMs are universal, that means that every pokémon that can learn moves via TMs are able to use them. Those moves are:

Toxic, Hidden Power, Protect, Frustation, Return, Double-Team, Facade, Rest, Attract, Round, Swagger, Sleep Talk and Substitute.

I've seen that some of these are missing in some of the pokemon in the wiki.

Er, we don't have Round for a TM, JV. And from what I've done, every Pokemon I've added TMs/HMs to so far has had the rest of those. If I'm incorrect, I'll gladly fix it. (Except Double Team and Facade. I'll get on that.)

You're correct about Round, I wasn't sure if we had that or not since I pulled that info from bulbapedia. I only mentioned them all for future reference (so people other than us 3 know about it if they wish to help us on that in the future).

Hmmm... now that the official list of tutor moves for ORAS has been revealed, I'm wondering if we shouldn't change up the moves I previously had chosen as tutor moves, for consistency's sake.

On the other hand, there's no real reason we have to be consistent with the canon games, so... I'm not sure. Thoughts?

I guess, in my opinion, it depends on the majority of the Pokemon that would learn a move. If a move seems rather unused by nearly all of the Tandor Pokemon, it wouldn't really have a place. A lot of those seem like they could help some of the Tandor 'mons, though, so I think we could stand to adopt some. Our tutor list pales in comparison, honestly.

I'm also thinking we could do the same as they did in ORAS, and maybe have certain Pokemon from Tandor be able to pick up special moves from a wholly different tutor. That'd be debatable, though, so its up to you two on that end.

This is how it will be done, we will use the canon games (ORAS) tutor moves list as a base for Uranium, but I won't be using tutor moves that are already TMs since it doesn't make any sense in our case (i.e drain punch, focus punch...). Also we will be adding any moves we feel like would be fun to have as tutor's, including our own custom moves (i.e Flame Impact). This is my final decision, I'll make a Tutor Move list on the wiki sometime soon.

Thanks, JV! I'm much more content with this method, it lets us be consistent with canon. Smile

...though it seems like the OP of that post I linked has deleted the list, so I don't know where to find it again Mad Seems like it's nearly identical to BW2's list though.

Just stopping by to say that I've finished working on TM moves and Tutor moves for every pokémon up to Titanice. You can see all the changes/movesets on the wikia!

It would be great to get some feedback on my decisions. Cya!
