Help game blanking out

Before Fighting the Dragon Gym the game quits out and i Get this message. any help?

This is a known bug that can be found in the sticky thread.

The load_bitmap error is caused by your Virtual Trainer. In between updates to the game, you need to update you VT or else gym battles won't work properly.
