eevee dont evolve

i did everything for the friendship and i lvl it from lvl 1 to 40 now .
a friend said that it should evolve between 20 and 30 but it doesnt
soothe ball massage potions everything but it still is an eevee -.-

it would be better if you could see the number of frienship in the summary

But eevee evolve with the specific stone :S For example, if u want it to be a Jolteon you only need to give him the thunder stone...

but not espeon and umbreon ... .they need friendship + day or night

soothe ball 50 lvl all vitamines i got in my inv and 2 massages for an espeon woohoo
