Is it possible to Breed a Seikamater?

I saw the moves she learns before level 45, and i found that the best moves for her were learn before she evolved from a bug(sponee,tricwe,smore). So would be awesome if i evolved one and could breed her to get a level 1 Seikamater, with all the good moves

Sadly, you can't breed her (to my knowledge). However you can teach her all those moves at the Move Relearner in Venesi City!

It may sound weird, but for me she's gonna be my surfer...

If you evolve her from a Sponee she can learn Surf (actually, I think she can also learn it by HM). Her moveset depends on which evolutionary path you took to get her.

When I said that I knew she could learn it by HM, it just sounds a little off having a giant bug queen carry you across water.
