Breed Flawless or Bust Pokemon in Uranium

So, first things first i'm quite excited about the 4.0 release. GTS, Online Match, Wonder Trade, and especially the Mega Evolution .
I'm planning to make some competitive pokemon in Uranium. So, here's somethings im going to ask :

1. Where is the Day-Care in Tandor?
2. Where can i find Ditto?
3. Where is the IV's cheker in Tandor?
4. Anyway i can get Everstone or Destiny Knot?
5. How about EV train?

Just curious actually , any help would be appreciated

The first daycare is near vinoville,, once you get through the story line, you can't get to that daycare anymore, and you have to go to the daycare East of Legen town
