Dragon gym bug

When i went through the cave door 2 fight the gymleader this error popped up ---------------------------

This is not the same bug as the person is reporting. It has to do with the gym leader at the 7th gym though. Oh, and I'm not sure if someone is having the same problem.

My first time fighting him was fine. Then I lost the battle but when I go to fight him again Theo is still standing their and the screen just freezes.
