According to the wiki it's found on route 13 and I've looked all over and can't find it, I did however find this pokeball I can't get to and was just wondering whether there is something i'm missing to get it or is it a glitch?

That's on maskara island. after you cross the bridge go left instead of right and you can pass through the trees to get it Smile
