Can i get my save fixed?

Me and my brothers games have been broken for a week now... and I emailed you guys to help fix it or something... can I get some help.. pwees?

Where is your brother stuck? Have you downloaded the Patcher and updated the game the latest version?

my brother is stuck in an elevator somewhere because the elevator man wont let him go to any floor and im downloading the latest version now. But Im still stuck in a cave behind boulders so i dont know if the patch will fix that

will I have to restart my save because of the new patch or will my save still be there?

No, you will be able to continue from your old save. Please read the FAQ, answers to many of your questions are there already.
