Virtual Trainer Global Ranking System?

Hi, I was wondering whether there was an issue with the global ranking system or even the virtual trainer card? I've played well over ten games and I don't have a rating or anything?

It only counts for ranked battles. If you are fighting your friends (or by entering an online ID) it doesn't count towards your rank.

Also, your virtual trainer that has been battled 10 times, not you.

Nope, I've definitely played well over 15 ranked battles with this new trainer and still no score card.

I think what JV is saying is that it's not based on the battles that you engage in, it's based on the battles that result from other trainers battling your VT

So which Pokemon actually get used in the VT? Is it the ones I have with me while making it or the ones I am currently running around with?

I'm sorry, either I'm totally not getting it or it makes no sense?

I played at least 20 games and 19 of them, then lost one and now it says I've fought 1 battle with a win rate of 0%

What do you mean it's not based on the battles I engage in it's based on the ones someone else engages me in? The way it appears to work to me is that I click on ranked battle, am added to some sort of queue and get the next match that is available? How does it decide who challenged who?

And finally what does it mean it based on the pokemon you created it with? Surely you battle with whoever is in your team when you enter the arena?

Sorry if I'm being stupid but it really doesn't seem to make sense?

Ah, I guess the way I explained it before was sort of confusing, let me explain.

When you create a new Virtual Trainer Card, it saves your current team, your trainer appearance, and your personal message to the database. Afterwards, when people are randomly matched up against that Virtual Trainer, the database keeps track of whether it wins or loses. This Virtual Trainer exists until you choose to overwrite it with a new one.

However, when you battle against random ranked VTs using your current in-game team, that doesn't affect your ranking. In the future, I'd like to have it give out BP, and more when you win or have a long win streak.
