As one of the starters in the game, featuring a mega evolution, well-rounded stats, and an awesome typing, Electruxo has great potential to be a staple in lots of teams in the Uranium meta. It's got a lot of awesome tools at its disposal; let's hear some ideas for competitive movesets!

I'm just going to go ahead and get this one out of the way, because it's so obvious:

That's my starter!

Yep, it's mega set is pretty obvious, it can't get much better than that xD. But you can also run a staller set or assault vest regular Electruxo easily since it has a top notch type combination.

Aw! How cool! I'm torn now....I love Eletux.....I don't know if i can let it evolve...I'm so attached right now.

I would change hydro pump to scald just for reliability and a chance at burn

This moveset focuses on reliability, compared to Twitch's which focuses on power.

Surf over Hydro Pump for reliability. You lose 30 power but gain 20% accuracy.

Haze over Thunderwave/Toxic. Having a pokemon with Haze on a team is a must. Also Haze can arguably have an even greater impact than Thunderwave/Toxic in some scenarios, and about the same impact in most others.

Ice Beam is already an extremely powerful move and should probably be taken in all cases on Electruxo.

Just my preferred build! I am more of calculating then risk taking =P

But the mega's ability (drizzle) automatically makes it rain, so surely rain dance isn't necessary? :L

Oh yeah. I completely forgot its ability changed when it mega evolved lol. I will edit. I still disagree with toxic/thunderwave though. just my opinion

haze is pretty stupid if you fight against an all out attacker like me
