They're amoebas, they use the photosynthetic organelles on their heads and back to convert light into electricity, which they use to move and defend themselves. They're one of my oldest fakemon designs.

Don't be afraid to add some markings too, like spots and stripes and stuff... just markings, though, not wings and horns and stuff, that won't make sense on an egg :p
