I would suggest giving Nucleon an Expert Belt instead of Leftovers.

Expert belt on nucleon is a way better choice, I would also give it shadow ball rather than bite. But other than the whole 2 megas thing, which isn't too bad, this is one of the most solid teams I've seen anyone post.

I agree, this team is very solid. I'm just going to mention a couple of options.

For S51-A, I would change Shadow Ball for Laser Pulse (learns at lvl 63 or 64 or something). Dark Pulse already covers for Ghost and Psychic, so you don't need the Ghost type move. Additionally, upon mega evolving, S51-A gains the ability Mega Launcher, which Laser Pulse would benefit from. Even without mega evolving Laser Pulse provides more coverage.

For Electruxo, this choice depends on if you plan to use him to mega a lot. Mega Electruxo gains Drizzle (which is currently not working properly ) which would mean that Thunder would become 100% accurate. So, depending on how much you use Mega Electruxo, Thunder would be the better move over Thunderbolt.
