I actually have a bit of lore for this one:
Whenever this Legendary Pokemon is defeated, the headdress-like formation on it's head will shed off. Using this headdress like an Evolutionary Stone on a Dunseraph, Coatlith, or Gyrados will make it evolve into the Serpent God. (similarly to Seikamater and the bugs)
