UPDATE: The Wonder Trade lists have been purged and we have implemented new safety measures that ought to make it impossible for this to happen again. It should now be safe to use. Still, we suggest backing up your save file anyway, just in case.

I also tested it on another save I backed up; the wonder trade is flooded with them.

I'm still not sure about the GTS... some people have reported difficulty withdrawing their Pokemon since the attack. I still don't know if it's related or not. It's probably best to wait until this problem is 100% for sure resolved.
