Honestly I'm a little surprised I hadn't seen a post for this guy yet.

When this guy Mega's his attack goes through the roof and he gets bulky/fast enough to make him a viable sweeper. His Bloodlust ability gives him health back whenever he does damage.

Swords Dance will let you destroy if you can set up with it, upping your Attack by 2 stages at a time. That's doubling attack after one use, tripling after a second, and quadrupling after the third use, but you'll probably only need it once with this guy.

Crunch is one of the strongest physical dark moves available and gives STAB.

Hi Jump Kick is a STAB fighting move with base power of 130 and accuracy of 90%. The only drawback here is if you miss, you do damage to yourself. It can be swapped for another strong fighting type move.

Earthquake is just a strong move that apparently he can learn as an Egg. It can probably be swapped for a different coverage move.

I'm sure there are other sets for Baariette and would love to see them!

He's definitely a good pokemon in competitive! although most of those guys get OHKO'd by Drill Pecking Drilgann!

True. Mega Baariette does outspeed Mega Drilgann though and could probably OHKO him first. That's when I use Drilgann I plan to get somebody to set up Sandstorm so he can outspeed just about everything due to Sand Rush.

Probably because my Drilgann has a lot of Speed Evs and is almost 10 Lvs above every Baariette Ive seen xD

Yeah. Their regular forms have the same speed stat, so what outspeeds what is determined by EVs and lvl. The mega forms are where Baariette gets the bigger speed boost.
