Special attacking flying pokemon are a little bit harder to make move sets for seeing as all but two flying type moves are physical. Air Cutter is a weaker version of Air Slash, leaving Air Slash as the only option for a STAB flying move. Depending on how the meta changes it is a very real possibility that most people will just not take a Flying move on Pajay, which is why I included an alternative.

I can see this pokemon actually making a decent impact on the meta, due to the fact that its move pool allows it to fill roles outside of just sweeper, but this is my take on it. What do you guys think is a good move set for Pajay?

What about Hurricane?

Pajay is not able to learn it, nor do I know if it is even in the game

Frosthra learns hurricane eby levelling up, so there are definitely plans to at least implement it at some point

And Hurricane probably will be unreliable with Sunny Day up. Although, even with this pokemon's versatility move-pool-wise, I see Air Slash being more useful IMO seeing as it can cause Flinch.

I am guessing for the Solarbeam coverage? IDK, ask the OP why. (And I think a Stone Edge from Dermafrost would probably OHKO it anyways regardless.)

Still a stupid option then...

Sunny Day increases Flamethrowers damage by an additional 50% on top of STAB. It also causes Solar Beam to require no charge turn

Edit: You will only be using Sunny Day if you get a set up turn. If there is a Dermafrost out you will not get that chance. You better have hoped that you had Sunny Day out when Dermafrost was switched in. Some matchups are just unwinnable without a setup before the switch in.
