Shiny Drilgan?

So uh I don't suppose anyone would have a spare shiny drilgan that they were willing to trade? I wasn't aware of the mystery gift until recently and now it's the S-51 and I can't get the Drilgan ;-;

Does the creator announce distribution events like this one? I was just randomly trying it out to see if it'd work (on my first day playing), and was shocked when I got it.
