The stones i don't know i you can buy them at the markt in bealbeach city, what i'm 100% sure is that the razor claw is in the comet cave entering from the route 5, where you find the fossils, you'll need strenght or surf.

you can buy there fire leaf water thunder hard and everstone but not sun and moon

Did u take a look at the f5?? There're some rare items but they're changing everyday so you can probably find them there!

no i did not ... atm i move to this cave again and see if the claw is still there

You can get a moon stone in Rochfale Town, there is a scientist in the apartment building who will ask you to show him a "Yellow bug pokemon that is not a bug" and if you show him dunsparce, he will reward you with a moon stone

i found tm 36 but no razor claw

wait the wiki say "razor claw" but i found items like quick claw or razor fang .... so one of these items could be what i search ....

so far so good i just need this sun stone now ... maybe someone know something about it

Alright I recently found the sun stone, it is in that beach desert. As you walk around you will see a bridge, and a small island connected to another bridge. On the island is a small rock, if you talk to it you get a sun stone

There is also a Sun Stone you can get in Venesi City. On the second floor of the house where you get Eevee, there is an NPC who tells riddles, and if you show him the right Pokemon he gives you a stone to evolve it. Show him Eevee for the first riddle and you'll get a Fire, Water, and Thunder stone. The second riddle is asking for Misdreavus, and you'll get a Dusk stone. The third asks for Cottonee, and he gives you a Sun Stone.
