Rebattling Trainers?

So I've completed the Beta as it is so far, and so I've just been trying to get some new Pokémon leveled up and catch them all. However, there's only so much that wild lvl 35s and 40s can do, and it's becoming increasingly difficult to level them up, (only to level 45 or so - Seikamater). I've used the phone thing, but so far I've talked to trainers on pretty much all the routes and I can only battle 4 of them?

So I was wondering if there was only a few trainers that do agree to battle or if there are certain criteria or something? Could you give us a list of the re-battleable ones?

hey i played 1 walkthrough and lost my save duo to a damaged hard disk and at the moment i played so far that i got 5 badges again
i got 6 numbers in my phone so far :
fisherman luke ( route 5 )
lass wilma (route 6 )
youngster cedric ( route 7 )
pyromaniac jin ( route 9 )
birdkeeper ravin ( route 10 )
dragon tamer dovak ( route 13 )

if i find more i can update this here or another person can fil this list to the end
i dont know about a criteria but my eyes are open for this
