No Baashaun?

I've been searching for a Baashaun on Routes 5 & 6 for about 3 hours now (at night as well), with not a single sighting. Is there some sort of criteria to meet, or is it just a bug?

That's weird. I caught my Baashaun in route 4 and found it immediately but I also didn't manage to find any Baashauns in route 5 and 6. I recommend going one route back since I can confirm you can definitely find one there at night.

I'll have to try that, just don't have Strength yet to get back to Route 4 wanted to substitute for my Mankey, but looks like I'll have to wait.

But still, if the Pokedex says it can be found on Routes 5 & 6, shouldn't it be able to be found?

You can also wait till u unlock the subway and u can get there. In addition, I caught my basshaun in route 4 too.

in newtoch city you can trade it for a fortog and i found a baashaun in route 4 only ( maybe it was available to catch at the other routes too in earlier versions ? )

Awesome! Found one on Route 4 at night. Actually, found a few extremely easily, within 10 minutes. So seriously, this needs to be looked at by the devs. Baashaun can't be found on routes 5 & 6 even though it says it can. Either that, or they need to fix a bug. Good to know I'm finding some bugs Love your guys game!!!!!!

Yeah, Baashaun can only be found during the nighttime. (Well, it can be encountered during the day as well, but it's quite rare then, like <5%)
