Stuck in bridge at Venisi

I know this has been posted already but the topic is locked. I'm re-posting in case this has to be dealt with individual users. I'm stuck in the middle of a bridge in the southern half of Venisi and saved my game while trying to fix this myself. I am updated to 4.2.2.

Why did you save your game if you knew you were stuck? <<

Can you describe to me precisely how that happened? Nobody that had this problem helped me figuring out so far why this happens and it's really hard to find a solution for this without being able to reproduce the bug on my side.

I'm not sure how specific I need to be here, but here goes. This happened after arriving in Venisi. Before arriving in Venisi, I used 4 super potions on my party because I did not realize how close I wsa to the city. Since I had already healed my party, I did not visit the Pokemon Center. I started going into other buildings because I had read on the wiki that someone in the city gifts you an Eevee. I had tried for around 20 min to find an Eevee on Route 13 before giving up earlier.
The numbering of entered buildings and people I talked to I state here may be slightly off.
The first building I remember entering had a move tutor for frenzy plant and blast burn and hydro cannon, a move deleter, and someone who said he knew all moves any pokemon could learn. I talked to all three in the reverse order of how i just listed them and taught my metalynx frenzy plant. I also checked to see if I could get the person to teach gyarados hydro cannon but they couldn't.
I also remember entering a building filled with people who were apparently obsessed with Eevee. I received the gifted Eevee I was looking for and talked to everyone else in the building, including the man who asks you to answer a riddle to which the answer is obiously Eevee. Since I could not show him the Eevee I had just received because it was sent to the PC, I left to go the the pokecenter.
Not knowing exactly where the center was and not bothering to check, I went to the right and talked to someone who said something about a blinking statue. I then tried to cross the bridge but ended up stuck. My sprite appears to be under the upper left square of the flat middle part of the bridge. When I attempt to move around, I can see the sprite move but most of it is blocked by the bridge. I was able to get out my bike normally. I tried to use other key items to see what would happen and the fishing rods told me they couldn't be used (no problems here).
I may have entered a third building.
I talked to all people i saw.
The map on the pokepod shows me in the southeast corner of the city.
I did not enter the pokemon center or mart at any point.

I entered all building I passed that looked normal (if I passed a mart or center then I ignored it).
I believe I covered the entire southwest corner of the city.
After logging in again to check, it appears to be late afternoon or early evening.
All my settings in options are on default settings.
I have earned 5 badges. My pokedex is 43 owned /93 seen.

My party is:
Metalynx lvl 45 holding miracle seed
Gyarados lvl 50 no item
Dunsparce lvl 27 holding amulet coin
Smore lvl 26 holding royal jelly
Snopach lvl 34 holding exp share
S51-A lvl 40 no item

Metalynx, Gyarados, and S51-A each have some damage that is less than half max hp.

Total play time is about 12 hours cause I've left the game running while doing other stuff before.

So you were riding the bike when this happened? (send me the save files anyways, I asked for the report to fix that for future releases, thanks for that!)

I was not riding the bike when this happened. I was running. I tried the bike while stuck and it changed the sprite correctly. I'll send the save file later, once I figure out where it is.

Updated to 4.2.3b, still stuck

Any news on this? I find myself in exactly the same situation and if you can tell me where the save files are, I'll send them to you as well @~JV~

The save files are under C:/Users/yourname/SavedGames/PokemonUranium

Have already sent saved files to the specified email in the FAQ (tumblr FAQ), awaiting for a reply.

It also happened to me once but thankfully I did not save.It happens if you try to surf under the bridge and try to go on top of the land which is in the front of the bridge.It wont happen if you are trying to land in the middle.

So I know what not to do when I get there, just don't surf under the bridge or walk on the lower half of it or what?

Don't surf under the bridge and then press left or right to hop off your Pokemon while under the bridge. You will get stuck.

In MY case, I was not surfing anywhere, I was crossing the southeastern bridge, from left to right, and got stuck on the set of steps going up. I tried surfing to get unstuck, but it won't allow it. Have not been able to move since.

Hi i've got the same problem has yieri it happen exactly the same way just crossing the bridge and now i am stuck my last save was more than 3hours of play behind.

RIP your time playing, there is not solution yet.

If there is no solution for it and you've already saved, do we have to start a new game file?

Don't mind starting another one but asking for clarification.

JV should be able to fix it if you send the save file to him. However, he is very busy working on updates for the game and fixing other files so you would probably want to start a second game while you wait.
