Stuck in Department Store!

Hey guys!
Legit addicted to this game, I play it nonstop... until today where I had too.
I just got to the Beach Town (Sorry forgot the name) and when I got to the 5th floor in the Department Store, I couldn't leave the floor! I talk to the elevator guy and he just says, "What floor would you like to go to?" and nothing. No floor selection!
Anyway I can fix this?

This was fixed in version 4.2, by the way. If you have version 4.1 or lower, this is a known bug and you should probably download the new update.
