found a bug in bealbeach if you go to the market 5th floor you cant ask to go to any other floors anymore you get stuck

I can confirm this, as soon as it happened to me I rushed to the forums, now I am here. If you talk to the elevator man he just asks what floor you want and that's it. you cannot move the elevator.
