Stuck in Route 13 Empty Stuck in Route 13

So I am stuck behind some trainers in Route 13. A few weeks ago I must have saved at that spot and then when I tried to play the game later on I found myself stuck in between the duo trainers and the tree in Route 13, near the cave. It would be much appreciated if you can help me. Thanks.
