Miscellaneous Bugs Found in Playthrough
These are just some bugs/balance issues I found in my playthrough so far. They aren't game breaking, but they do remove some of the fun from the game and show a lack of polish.

- Chyinmunks in the first gym only use Charge when facing a Barewl.
- Bike shop owner repeats entire dialogue when speaking to him a second time.
- Game won't let me activate window when alt-tabbed for a long time.
- No information on how to catch Pokemon/when trainer battles occur. Tutorial skip options would make it remain less tedious for experienced players.
Balance Issues:
- The ability to obtain a steel Pokemon before a normal gym without counters to steel types seems ridiculously broken (perhaps give one of the gym leader's pokemon a ground attack?)
- Fight a lot of high level trainers, then climax with a low level gym leader for the first gym. I felt more scared about dying on route one than in Nowtoch Town.

In response to your bugs:
1. Don't think this is really a bug. The AI is likely designed to prioritize moves by effectiveness. Charge would (technically) be normal effective, whereas Tackle would be not very effective against a Barewl.
2. Again, not really sure why you think this is a bug. Is there some reason why he shouldn't repeat his dialogue?
3. Dunno what the issue is there. Probably not a game bug. Might be a bug with RPGXP or just an issue with your computer specifically.
4. Confused about what you mean here. You say there isn't any tutorial info and then ask for skip options.
As for the balancing things, I don't think it's that bad. If you are doing a nuzlocke it can be kinda difficult as it is.

a couple of things I've found:
baashaun isn't available on routes 5&6 like it says in pokedex.
GTS is completely broken and basically makes pokemon disappear. I was lucky enough to get another start through wonder trade and put it up to try to get a different starter and it was just gone.

GTS and WT haven't been working for a while now due to a hacker. Don't use either until an announcement is made saying they are safe.

I was battling a dunsparce and it used yawn and i fell asleep right after the turn it was used

It is not a bug the attack is like-On the first turn yawn makes the opponent drowsy on the second turn the opponent falls asleep
