My whimsicott isnt learning energy ball

So i got TM 53 energy Ball a move Whisicott can normally learn but every time i go to the TM Wisicott it says Whiiscott cant learn Energy ball. Help

Even whenever I use any TM on Raffiti it tells it cannot learn that move.I think Some Pokemon TM attacks are not completed.

In the past JV had mentioned that not every pokemon had its TM moveset completely implemented so it's possible that he has not added Whimisicott's moveset yet.

They also need to make Whimsicott a fairy type. I was really annoyed when I learned that avoiding Dragon Claw on them was useless.

That will happen when they update the mechanics. Since Whimsicott is an original pokemon, PokeEssentials (the main source for the game) determines its type. The PokeEssentials that the game currently runs on does not have any of the fairy types from the original games. I think the fairies currently in the game might have had their effectiveness coded in by JV.
