Hacker found

I think I found a hacker in Virtual Trainer, he was called Biker Tonka and had a Shiny Garlikid with these 2 moves that are hacked:
He also had 5 other shinies, and all his pokemon were lv 100.

Thanks for pointing that out. We'll find him and delete his profile.

No, in fact after I told him off he deliberately flooded GTS and WT with illegal glitch Pokemon, just to make things difficult for us and everyone that's playing the game. He's banned from accessing it now, but the Pokemon are still on there until JV clears them out.

I found A Hacker Aswell He Crashed My Game Now I cant acess it he traded ma an Actan his profile name was AAA

Not sure if this is related, but there is a huge image of Actan lodged in the Tandor Dex. I can't seem to remove it either.

I tried to remove that earlier today... thought I deleted the Icon149.png file, so I have absolutely no idea why that's still there.

Wouldn't your best bet to just remove the Pokemon being wonder traded THEN implement them when they are finally obtainable?

Though michael has a good point. Would you guys be able to program something into the game as a patch that until v5 is released, any pokemon who is considered unreleased is not usable?

Okay to be more specific, attempting to trade a pokemon that is illegal, or use it in online play could result in a dialogue box "are you sure you want to do this? It doesn't sound like a good idea.". Yes prompts a scream sound, and the player's save data is deleted, and their online ID/ISP is banned.
In addition to banning illegal pokemon from online play until added, there could be a way to seriously nerf their usage by hackers during game. In general there could be a way to keep the game from being hacked. Though I don't know the game engine and stuff enough so this may all be improbable and not worth the time.

Ikr but that is still a good idea just put the words EPIC FAIL instead of a scream

Epic Fail just feels too casual. I mainly said a scream so that it'd have not only a creepypasta vibe (you cheated and all), but also because it's a punishing factor.

Removing it altogether until the actual Pokemon is obtainable is most likely easy I would assume and would stop all these issues.

JV's working on a patch right now that prevents invalid Pokemon from being uploaded to Wonder Trade, as well as causes illegal Pokemon to be ignored by other players searching on WT. It will contain other online improvements and preventative measures as well. Unfortunately, it won't really help people whose save files have been damaged because they received invalid Pokemon.

Can you guys fix other peoples saves?

I am sure they will try to should they find a way to do so. But, given how nasty these viruses tend to be towards saves, success like that is unlikely.

Why do the hackers do this.
