Ultimate Trainer?

I was just thinking about Heartgold and Soulsilver, and I wondered if you could put in a trainer similar to Red at the top of the mountain somewhere in the region as a final boss of sorts? Because in most Pokémon games I sometimes feel like the champion was no challenge at all?
Either that or make it so the Elite 4 & Champion get stronger by 5 levels each time you battle them or something? (With a cap on it of course)

Ooh oooh ooooooh, how about you include multiple trainers that are atop the mountain, (or another special place, like a power plant maybe?) and have each of them appear depending on the time of year or something? (The extras could be other champions maybe?)

One last thing, maybe you could have the trainer/ one of the trainers use all nuclear types? Or maybe he could be in the power plant and other could be in other locations across the world?

Omg wait how about having different ones in different locations, like a bug master in the forest, nuclear in the plany, water in the oceans etc?

Well, I can't really confirm that there will be a single strong trainer... our plans for the Elite Championship are a little different though, there will be a wider range than just 5 pre-set trainers and I'm thinking that the levels will dynamically adjust to match your team's levels. It will definitely be a challenge, for sure! We might also add in a Double Battle mode after the player beats the Single Battle Championship.

We're also adding in 6 trainers who specialize in different stats (HP, Attack, Defense, etc.) that are scattered around the region in a way similar to how you described. They will be part of an optional sidequest and are closely related to Super Training.

Could I suggest that at first you have the elite 4, (or whoever you're doing) at a preset level to keep in time with the game, and then once they've been beaten once they switch to changing to suit your team? :L

they can do what they want but i hope they dont spam hyper potions ^^

Oh god, I just thought of something worse. What if they could use revives? :O
