Breeding Linkite

Is it possible to Breed a Linkite? And, what moves he learns by leveling up?

Yes it is possible, I'm not sure what with but when in doubt, use a ditto, (can be caught on route 13 just before the 6th gym).
I'm not sure on the moves as the wiki doesn't have them, but this has all the info:

Just another question, there are some data, there are some differences between, Pokemon Uranium Raw Dex Data and the Pokemon Wiki. Which is the correct? Thanks

I see, I would imagine that the raw data is correct - it was given out by the creators and I'm pretty sure it's what they used for the game - plus there are quite a few problems with the wiki :/ entire pages are missing for some of the 'Mons like Alpico and Anderind xD

The raw data is the correct one. Some of the info on the wiki is missing or has been changed in the latest beta and hasn't been updated yet.
