Possible bug in Anthell

Place: Deepest Anthell
Event: Fighting Seikamater (mother of bugs)
Description:
My pokemon were a little underlevelled (around level 30) and I got few left (others were fainted). So Seikamater easily beat me. I got strange dialogs about defeating Seikamater (Something around you got it, you beat it...) in pokemon center (Rest house in Amatree town), then I got teleported to Tiko, who was standing before entrance (nearest to Amatree town) to the cave on Route 10. He was thanking me for rescuing him and he went to his gym.
Replicable:
Probably yes (didn't try), requirements: Lose to Seikamater
