The shiny rates for all pokemon is the same. it is a 1/4000 or so chance. So you'll rarely find one. Although by breeding it will rise it.

If I recall in a previous discussion, JV said the rate was 1/8192

This needs confirmation plz lol. I read somewhere that it will be lower in Uranium than other games, which was confirmed here in the second post, but denied immediately after...so...any positive answer?

JV is the main programmer for the game. He confirmed 1/8192, so that is the rate.

Shiny rate is 1/8192, if you breed 1 of your pokemon with a traded pokemon the chance is 1/4096 Wink
