Where is the super rod?

I assume to catch a Brailip you need the super rod. Where can i get the rod and where can i fish for brailip? Also how do i prevent the game from crashing when i go fishing?

Super Rod is not yet added in. You can catch Brailip and Tubjaw with the good rod or b standard surfing. And to keep the game form crashing. set the rod to registered for F5 and use it like that instead of directly from the bag.
