Stuck at Wonder Trade after downloading patch 4.2.4. Empty Stuck at Wonder Trade after downloading patch 4.2.4.

After downloading the required patch to 4.2.4, I went to the Wonder Trade to switch Pokemon, and as it loaded, the screen remained black and eventually reset the whole game. Since there's an automatic save before entering Wonder Trade, I am currently stuck indefinitely.

Any chance for help on fixing this problem?
