You could probably go one of two ways with him: leaning more towards attacking or leaning more towards being a bit of a wall.

Special Attacker:
Chimiconda@Life Orb/Something that boosts poison
Petrify
Modest/Timid
252 Sp Atk/252 Speed/4 HP or Sp Def

Moves:
Sludge Bomb
Flamethrower/Fire Blast
Toxic/Nasty Plot
Dark Pulse
