Ideas for New Pokémon (Even Though They Probably Won't Get In)

Here you go! A place to post your ideas for new Pokemon. I'll start:

Teratanic:
An ice/steel type and the evolution of Titanice. It evolves when given a "Shipwreck Fragment", which can be found in a diving spot somewhere.

It'd probably be better to have a pre-evo for Titanice, or in general one before it. Titanice is a pretty huge pokemon, and in addition doesn't it have high stats?

That's why the evolution is late-game. Maybe there could be a dive spot in Victory Road where you find the item?

And I'm trying to think of a concept for a baby pre-evolution for Munna.
