Screen Size Glitch? Empty Screen Size Glitch?

After patching 4.2, I've encountered an error that cuts off most of the screen when I change the screen size of the game (or in rare occasions, gives an error). Any way to fix it?

For now use a smaller screen resolution, I'll find a solution for that later.
