If you go into the Pokemon Uranium Team folder, and then the Uranium.exe folder from there, just  double-click Update.exe (or something like that anyway). The only problem is the new Terlard glitch.

Ok im ready just tell me what im looking for (my flager is 27, Im hatching a new one right now so I should be able to trade you a lower lvl soon if you want to wait)

I deposited an Ekans and may I please have it at about level 23? My ID is 44260.

I will place in it within the hour, just have to rehatch the egg cause my game crashed.
