I still have 4.0? Empty I still have 4.0?

So i recently downloaded the new 4.1 version, expecting my 4.0 to update, however when i checked for updates in the start menu, it told me that i still have 4.0. So what exactly should i do?

You probably installed 4.1 in another folder.
