Air Slash Flinch Ratio too high

I vaguely recall something about various moves seeming to be unbalanced and am hoping that air slash in particular is fixed for 4.1. It seems to cause flinching way too often.

If you're talking about Owten, Eshouten or Dunseraph, the probability of air slash causing a flinch is particularly high since they all have the Serene Grace ability.

To lower the chances of this, I think ill give both Eshouten and Dunseraph secondary abilities so that not every single one is a flinchaxing menace.

I've had the opposite problem, where it hasn't seemed like air slash has caused a flinch nearly as often as it should by probability considerations. Oh well, RNG.

I had felt the same way initially (before I realized that Eshouten has Serene Grace) but I was Air Slashing with a Pajay, so no Serene Grace to double the chance

I think it is all moves that cam make a pokemon flinch. I ended up getting one of mine to faint cause the person keep hitting me with bite and flinching. Though it was good of it to work with stomp.
