There are some minor news for 4.1 including previews for some updates on the attack animations (4.1 Preview: New Attack Animations!) and an update on the known bugs thread for a fixed issue.

Oh, yes, we are working on 4.1 at the moment, at this point we have fixed most of the major bugs in fact and are working on new systems, additional content, backwards compatibility with old save files, etc.
