found a ditto with a star.???

hua, i catched a ditto and it had a star you can see it on the pic, what does this mean?

Uh-oh, that's a sign of a terrible error. You should get rid of it immediately by trading it to me lest your computer explode.

You got lucky and found a shiny! Some of the shiny sprites haven't been implemented yet, though, so that's why it's the regular pink instead of blue.

Yeah, once the shiny sprites are all input, it should start showing up normally. I don't know what generation's Transform mechanics are being used, so shiny Ditto may or may not Transform into the shiny variant of the Pokemon it faces.

But even if it doesn't, hey, it's a shiny Pokemon. That's pretty awesome in itself.
