Scoot over the pokecenter entrance tile.

Small little gripe/suggestion?
In most of the main pokemon games you run straight int the doors and can talk to the nurse to heal your pokemon. In Uranium, you have to move one additional tile to the right to talk to the nurse, can the entrance be moved over one, to help facilitate faster heals?
