Type Matchup Fixes and Trawpint Nerf

Hey JV can you fix the type matchups: Electric shouldn't be effective against grass. A thunderbolt from a nupin shouldn't take a quetzoral down to half health even with low special attack, and can you nerf trawpint please his bulk and speed makes him incredibly difficult to fight.

Trawpint is pretty much balanced out, concidering its attack usually being very low

And Quetzoral is not only Grass but also Flying type, which causes Thunderbolt to be super effective. Just evolve it, than the Flying type will change into Dragon

Put a S51-A against a Trawpint and you will see whats the meaning of OP =P
